BAD BOY KAFFELIKØR

Bad Boy is made from cold brew coffee to extract a more concentrated and less bitter taste. Slow brewing allows all the notes of the coffee to really shine through. It's hand brewed in batches with no mambo jambo such as extracts or added flavors.

It's made partly from Colombian beans which is the foundation and body of the taste. It's very sweet and has strong notes of dark chocolate and red berries. It's also mixed with beans from Honduras to compliment the flavor with a more fruity and nutty flavor.

The final element is the alcohol which is pure and made with mixed grains. It's clean and neutral so Bad Boy can focus on what matters,  the coffee and the umf!

MICHAEL BITTER

Michael Bitter is a tribute to the Danish bitter tradition. It encompasses all the qualities a bitter should have with its nuanced range of different ingredients, including angelica root, oris root, tomato flakes, linden blossom, and lemon verbena. Michael Bitter tastes more elegant than the more classic bitter, but it still warms you up.

The bitter has the unique property of working excellently in the classic cocktail "Brandbil." However, this version brings a new and fresh twist. Therefore, Bad Company Spirits has chosen to call the cocktail "La Babu." They recommend adding a little lime to give the cocktail acidity, but it can easily stand on its own as well.

BAD DOG APPELSINLIKØR

Bad Dog Orange Liqueur is the first and only orange liqueur made in Denmark. On top of that it's also organic! The oranges in the liqueur are carefully picked and varies according to season.

It is the pure essence of oranges. The smell and the taste makes you feel like walking on an orange farm in Sicily. Bad Dog is made with orange peels which gives it a incredible powerful aroma. The natural oils mixed with high alcohol percentage works together in a perfect harmony and provides a powerful kick.

The alcohol is a wheat based pure spirit and the sugar is a mixture of cane and white sugar. The liqueur is primarily made for mixing in drinks like Cosmopolitan, Margarita and Sidecar. You can also enjoy it only mixed with tonic or use it for cooking. Everything about this liqueur screams pure flavor and summer feels.

LEMON SAYS HELLO LIMONCELLO

The lemons used in Lemon Says Hello have extracted their flavor exclusively from the peels, where all the aromatic oils sit. It gives great richness to the taste, which nicely balances the high alcohol percentage.

Lemon Says Hello meets the senses fresh, like a freshly picked lemon in the Mediterranean wind. The overwhelming lemon flavor is rounded off with notes of anis seeds, juniper and galanga root. It prolongs the experience and creates extra depth to the flavor profile.

The limoncello has been developed in collaboration with Bar Pasta, who are top enthusiasts of the golden lemon drops.

Lemon Says Hello is to be enjoyed as a traditional avec after the meal, just as you remember it from holidays in Italy. In addition, it is perfect for an extra sour and summer-fresh Limoncello Spritz.

If you simply cannot get enough of lemons, we recommend a Limoncello Sour. Here you get the whole lemon cavalcade and a drink with big arm movements!

BAYA BAYA RED VERMOUTH

Baya Baya red vermouth is a bittersweet experience that encourages you to put your feet up and enjoy the sun on the terrace. It is made from Grands Vins fresh blackcurrant wine, which provides a long-awaited counterpoint to the traditional heaviness and bitterness of Vermouth. With an ingredient list of over 14 different herbs and spices, you can prepare yourself for a kaleidoscope of flavor notes with a surprise in every sip.

With your nose in the glass, you are invited on a stroll in spring with floral notes such as chamomile and lavender. When Baya Baya red next meets the tongue, you experiences the deep sweetness of the blackcurrants, which connects this whole astonishing concoction. At the back of the palate, the vermouth classic bitterness almost predictably lands with a slight twist.

Baya Baya is a true cocktail Swiss knife, and works perfectly in popular drinks such as Negroni and Americano. At the same time, we warmly recommends turning down the bartender charm and simply making a Baya Baya with tonic and a slice of orange.

BAYA BAYA WHITE VERMOUTH

Baya Baya white vermouth gives a fresh breath to traditional vermouths, with its tart gooseberry notes. The vermouth has solid notes of bergamot, pear, gooseberry and Jerusalem artichoke. An interesting and modern interpretation of what vermouth can do today has been laid in the tiled oven!

Because of the great and unique taste experience, it needs nothing more than a classic tonic. If, on the other hand, you want to turn up the charm, it fits like clockwork in a white Negroni or a Dry Martini.
